English Packages
All of our English Language courses include a 6 night stay in executive hotel accommodation and your choice of accompanied enjoyable and traditional activities.
The number of activities you choose will determine which package you require (ie bronze, silver, gold or platinum). All transport to the activity venues is included and you will be accompanied by a member of our staff.
Please note the 5-star Randolph Hotel and the Old Bank Hotel are only available for the platinum package.
Business English Course Packages
We provide bespoke Business English tuition in executive hotel accommodation, which will enable you and/or your staff to contribute more effectively to your company’s performance in international business.
All business English language tuition is tailored to your needs in small groups (averaging 4 delegates) and we can support any examination for which you may be studying. We can also arrange special group packages where all teaching is specifically designed and dedicated to your company’s needs, including experts in your company's sector to provide relevant case study work (minimum of 4 required).
We cater for all levels of spoken and written English ability. On the booking form, we ask you to complete a needs analysis section, enabling our experienced teachers to understand your requirements and customise their course structure and content accordingly. They will discuss the content with you on arrival and make any changes as appropriate.
Studying Business English with us will develop your confidence and skills in the following areas:
- Speaking skills, including telephone techniques;
- Writing skills, including letters and e-mails;
- Presentation skills;
- Negotiation skills;
- Communication skills; and
- *Leadership Skills.
*Leadership Skills
For delegates with high levels of English skills, we provide leadership and motivational training led by Tony Cockle. Tony specialises in motivation and behaviour change within individulas and organisations. In the past year, he has spoken at international conferences in Munich, Paris and Venice and is published in international journals.
Your Business English package includes your choice of fully escorted enjoyable and traditional activities.
If you would like additional English tuition please discuss this on arrival and we will do our best to arrange it wherever possible. An extra fee may apply.

English Conversation Package
This package suits discerning clients looking to improve their English language conversation skills in executive hotel accommodation and includes your choice of enjoyable and traditional activities.
All conversational English language tuition is tailored to your needs in small groups (averaging 4 delegates) and we can support any examination for which you may be studying. We cater for all levels of spoken and written English ability. On the booking form, we ask you to complete a needs analysis section, enabling our experienced teachers to understand your requirements and customise their course structure and content accordingly. They will discuss the content with you on arrival and make any changes as appropriate.
Studying English with us will increase your confidence and skills in any social situation.

Partner Package
This package is perfect for spouses accompanying their partners on either the Business or Conversation packages but who do not wish to have any language tuition themselves.
We will provide a tour guide to accompany you on sights of your choice within Oxford city (such as museums, galleries, colleges and shopping) and you can join your partner on the activities they have chosen at the special rate of £75 per activity. You can discuss your preferred itinerary with us on arrival.
Corporate Hospitality Services
Do you and your Company entertain overseas staff, visitors or suppliers? Have you promised to spend time with them and are now worried how this will affect your workload? Would it help you to have a professional, courteous and credible "colleague" to take care of, entertain and educate them -delivering them to you for the important business meetings? The Oxford English Experience can help.
We provide a bespoke service to meet your requirements based on the English activities and tour guide services from our other Packages. We take care of the details so that the only time you spend with them is the important business meetings, or we can plan an event which involves you some or all of the time. The choice is yours.
