Dates and Course Package Prices
Dates
All English Language course packages run from Monday to Friday throughout the year, apart from the last Monday in August. Dates in 2010 start from Monday 11th January and continue throughout the year.
Registration Fees
All packages are subject to a non-refundable registration fee of £70 at time of booking, except the corporate hospitality package.
Deposit
You must also pay a £250 deposit towards your package price payable at the time of booking. This will be deducted from the full package fees when you pay the balance, which will be due four weeks before your start date. If you change your mind or postpone your package, the deposit will also be non-refundable.
Prices for Business English and English Conversation Course Packages
Bronze Package: £1995 per week
Your package includes:
- Six nights’ 4* hotel accommodation including room with free wireless broadband internet connection, full English or continental breakfast, light lunch and three course evening meal;
- Complementary drinks on the first evening;
- Welcome pack and course handouts;
- 20 hours teaching with refreshments; and
- Complementary Tour of Oxford City.
Silver Package: £2595 per week
Your package includes:
- Six nights’ 4* hotel accommodation including room with free wireless broadband internet connection, full English or continental breakfast, light lunch and three course evening meal;
- Complementary drinks on the first evening;
- Welcome pack and course handouts;
- 20 hours teaching with refreshments;
- Airport pick-up and return from your hotel;
- Two daytime activities; and
- Complementary evening/social events (these will be confirmed on arrival).
Gold Package: £3095 per week
Your package includes:
- Six nights’ 4* hotel accommodation including room with free wireless broadband internet connection, full English or continental breakfast, light lunch and three course evening meal;
- Complementary drinks on the first evening;
- Welcome pack and course handouts;
- 20 hours teaching with refreshments;
- Airport pick-up and return from your hotel;
- Five daytime activities; and
- Complementary evening/social events (these will be confirmed on arrival).
Platinum Package: £4,095 per week
Your package includes:
- Six nights’ 5* hotel accommodation including room with free wireless broadband internet connection, full English or continental breakfast, light lunch and three course evening meal;
- Complementary drinks on the first evening;
- Welcome pack and course handouts;
- 20 hours teaching with refreshments;
- Airport pick-up and return from your hotel in chauffeur driven car;
- Daily transport to teaching venue;
- Five daytime activities; and
- Complementary evening/social events (these will be confirmed on arrival).
Partner Package (Bronze/Silver/Gold): £995
Partner Package (Platinum): £1,200
Your package includes:
- Six nights’ hotel accommodation in a double room with your partner, including free wireless broadband internet connection, full English or continental breakfast, light lunch and three course evening meal;
- Complementary drinks on the first evening;
- Airport pick-up and return from your hotel (not included with Bronze package partners);
- One guided day in Oxford touring sights of your choice; and
- Complementary evening/social events with your partner (these will be confirmed on arrival).
You can also join your partner on any daytime activities, subject to availability. We will arrange these on your arrival at an additional cost of £75 per activity, including transport.
Prices for the Corporate Hospitality Package
We will provide quotations on an indvidual basis. There is no registration fee but there will be a non-refundable deposit of £250 or 50% of the package price (whichever is less) payable at the time of booking. This will be deducted from the full package fee when you pay the balance, which will be due upon completion of the service provided.
Terms and Conditions
The £70 registration fee is non-refundable in all circumstances.
If, after booking, you decide not to come, or postpone your Course package, the £250 deposit is also non-refundable.
The balance of your fees are due four weeks before your start date. After this date, we will not guarantee your booking. If you cancel or postpone your package after paying the balance, your fees are non- refundable except in very exceptional cases at the discretion of the directors.
You must pay for any damage you cause to your hotel or activity premises. The Oxford English Experience reserves the right to terminate your package with no refund in cases of serious misconduct.
All our packages are undertaken at your own risk. The Oxford English Experience cannot be held liable for damage or accident to you or your property.
We reserve the right to cancel or change the start dates and fees at any time before your package commences at our discretion. We also reserve the right to allocate alternative hotel accomodation of equal standard if our selected hotels are full.
Therefore we strongly recommended that you take out personal insurance before departure.
